Cancellation and refund policy

2. Point 2The full invoice amount is due on the invoice due date. Late payment may result in cancellation of your reservation or a late fee.
3. Point 3If you cannot pay on time, you must notify Amity Travel management in writing and receive approval for an extension. Without written communication, the traveler may be subject to cancellation or to fare differences, penalties, fees, and any airline price increases.
4. Point 4In the case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of $200 per traveler applies after all expenses are paid.
5. Point 5Visa applications are submitted by Amity Travel; visa costs are non-refundable. If a visa application is rejected, the traveler is responsible for contacting the embassy and applying in person, and for all associated costs. Amity Travel has no affiliation with visa processing.
