Itinerary

Fri, Jan 23

  • Travel from US destination to Madinah.
  • Your package starts from Madinah; you will not need to be in the state of Ihram before your arrival.
  • Follow “Amity Travel Umrah Guidelines and Steps” below.

Sat, Jan 24

  • Arrive at Madinah airport and transport to Hotel, Check in at Pullman Zamzam Hotel or similar close to the Haram.
  • Follow “Amity Travel Umrah Guidelines and Steps” below.

Sun Jan 25

  • Breakfast open buffet.
  • Enjoy 5 daily prayers at the Haram.

Mon, Jan 26

  • Breakfast open buffet.
  • Mazarat at Madinah 8:am in air-conditioned bus. Mazarat include Uhud, Quba masjid, and the two Qibla masjid.
  • Enjoy 5 daily prayers at the Haram.

Tue, Jan 27

  • Breakfast open buffet.
  • Enjoy 5 daily prayers at the Haram.

Wed, Jan 28

  • Breakfast open buffet.
  • Enjoy Jumu’ah prayers at the Haram.
  • Checkout from hotel and transfer by air-conditioned bus or Train to Makkah.
  • With Train pilots will make announcements at Miqat for you to do the Niyyah.
  • Check in at the Hyatt Regency Hotel or similar close to the Haram.
  • Perform Umrah.

Thu, Jan 29

  • Breakfast open buffet.
  • Enjoy 5 daily prayers at the Haram.

Fri, Jan 30

  • Breakfast open buffet.
  • Enjoy Jummah at the Haram.

Sat, Jan 31

  • Breakfast open buffet.
  • Mazarat at Makkah 8:am in air-conditioned bus. Mazarat includes Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Jabal al-Nur and Jabal Thawr.

Fri, Feb 1

  • Depart from Makkah to Jeddah airport six hours before the scheduled international flight.
  • Your package will end at Jeddah Airport on your return to the USA.  

Things to do before traveling from the USA:

1)Printall documents received from 

Amity Travel which includes Visa document, Travel itinerary, and Travel  Please make sure to have all documents at hand on the day of travel and 

during your umrah trip. (Not electronically)

2)Make sure your smart phone is Unlocked

3)Please ensure that your mobile device is equipped with a working version of WhatsApp, as it is the primary mode of our communication. Kindly note that Amity will not be held responsible or liable for the maintenance and operation of your WhatsApp application and mobile device. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that they are in working order to facilitate seamless communication during our journey.

4)Please make sure to download the Nusuk app from the Appstore. Due to Covid they have established an app that allows you to enter the Rawda area in Madinah. Please download and register. When you open the app, please pick either language Arabic or English and register for the desired time and follow the instructions for register.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that the NUSUk app is open for the Rawdah visitation registration, but the dates are limited, and the app only allows you to sign up for your preferred time within a certain number of days. Please check daily and sign up at your preferred time whenever it is available during the days of your stay in Madinah.

Please keep in mind that if you have used the Eatmrna app in previous Umrah it is the same as NUSUk. They have renamed it. Please login with the same credentials used in the previous app. Please have not used anything before, please create your new ID & Password.

  1. All mu’tamers (pilgrims), please contact the group scholars for all your religious Umrah concerns.  
  1. All mu’tamers will be departing from Detroit Metro airport, please check your itinerary. Note: Out of state (Michigan) mu’tamers please follow your flight itinerary included in your package envelope.  Please contact the Amity Travel office or the group leader (see contact below) should you have any questions.
  1. All mu’tamers who purchased their own tickets MUST comply with the group departure and arrival time. Please inform the group leader (see contact below) if, for any reason, your itinerary has changed.
  1. All mu’tamers must put Amity’s Travel tags on all luggage to help our staff locate them in case of a loss or claim. All mu’tamers in Michigan will be given luggage tags at the airport. Also, all out of state mu’tamers will be shipped tags.
  2. We strongly recommend that you make an extra copy of all important documents such as passport, visa, and vaccination card.
  3. We strongly recommend that you keep all your medication in your handbag.
  1. Please note that your phone number on the file will be added to the group leaders’ WhatsApp chat group. Once you receive a welcome message, please reply by introducing yourself and where you are from (your state). You will be receiving instructions and updates regularly.
  1. It is highly recommended that you bring sunglasses with you.
  1. It is essential to bear in mind the crucial items that are in your possession for which you are responsible. Any damages or losses incurred to these belongings are your responsibility.
  1. Amity will provide a gift kit for you in Madinah hotel room with male Ihram cloth.
  1. There will be a lecture in Madinah prior to leaving for Makkah, also the Video sent to you & group how to perform Umrah Insha’Allah.

Umrah Package does not include:

  • Domestic add on luggage fees to and from the international gateways.
  • Lunch & Dinner
  • Umrahvisa processing fee (only tourist visa for umrahis included in the package)
  • All expenses in case of any quarantine due to COVID

Additional services (optional tours, sim cards, etc.) are not included in the package

Alhmduliah, you have taken the first steps towards your Umrah, please read the terms and conditions carefully and reach out to our office if you have any questions.

  1. You have already received your invoice, please carefully read and check that everything is accurate. If there is a mistake, please reach out to Amity Travel management within 24 hours.
  2. .The full amount of the invoice is due on the due date of the invoice. In the case of a late payment your reservation might be subject to cancellation or a late fee.
  3. In case you cannot pay in a timely manner you will have to alert Amity Travel’s management in writing and receive approval for an extension. If no communication was established (via writing only) the traveler may be subject to cancellation or to pay fair differences, penalties, fees, and any price increases made by the airlines.
  4. In the case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of $200 per traveler will apply after all expenses are paid.
  5. Visa applications submitted by Amity Travel; visa cost is not refundable. If after applying for the Visa, your application is rejected, the traveler will be responsible for reaching out to the embassy and applying in person. All associated costs are the responsibility of the rejected traveler. Amity Travel has no affiliation with Visa processing.
  6. In the case documents or other travel necessities need to be mailed the mailing fee will be the responsibility of the traveler.
  7. Make sure to read every document given to you by Amity Travel. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email or during our office hours.
  8. We encourage all travelers to only take one piece of luggage. In the event you take more than one you will be responsible for all additional fees associated with transportation within and outside of the Kingdom.
  9. When you finalize your reservation, keep in mind that all add on requests will be tentative based on availability and you will be responsible for any associated fees.
  10. During the trip if you or the airline lose any luggage, do not leave the airport without making a claim. Amity Travel is not responsible for the loss or damage of any of your luggage or other items.
